The company is backed by both its production practice of more than 50 years and by its development team anticipating the challenges of the age, the application of the most up-to-date raw materials, production and quality control technologies. • Our annual productivity: 85 million aluminium aerosol cans produced on 5 production lines, all using modern technology.
• Applications of aluminium aerosol cans: cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and household substances.
• Production process: from aluminium slugs to completed products packed on pallets.
• Diameter range: 25 mm, 35 mm, 38 mm, 41 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 53 mm, 58 mm and 65 mm.
• Possible lengths for each diameter.
• Pressure resistance of aluminium aerosol cans: 12, 15 or 18 bar
• The internal surfaces of the aluminium aerosols can be coated with epoxy-phenol based lacquer (gold or pigmented) or with mycoflex lacquer. External lacquer range: shiny, matt or mixed.
• Base enamel range: transparent, white, mother–of-pearl or coloured.
• Litographical printing by special offset technology is available in 6 or 7 colours, depending on the diameter of the aluminium aerosol can.

• Our annual productivity: 130 million aluminium tubes produced on five production lines, all using modern technology.
• Applications: food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, household and chemical substances.
• Diameter range: 13.5mm; 16mm; 22mm; 25mm; 28mm; 30mm; 32mm; 35mm and 40mm.
• Volume range: 4 ml – 200ml.
• Orifice range: open, closed (with membrane), elongated or star-shaped.
• A wide variety of standard caps are available for the different orifices.
• Tube shoulder range: polished, corrugated, painted or with embossed tactile warning.
• The internal surfaces of the tubes can be made without coating, coated with epoxy-phenol based lacquer (gold or pigmented) or applied with latex end-seal.
• External base enamel range: transparent, white, mother-of-pearl, coloured or matt.
• Lithography, depending on the tube size is produced by indirect offset technology (5 – 6 colours).
• Packaging: in corrugated cardboard boxes with or without partition, on EUR pallets and covered with plastic film.
• Continuous quality control during production to meet certified assurance systems (ISO 9001, ISO-14001 and HACCP) based on European Standards.
