Material
Lubricated aluminium slugs are used with purity of 99,5%.
Extrusion
Cylindrical shape of the can is achieved by cold extrusion.
Trimming and brushing
A cutting equipment provides the expected length, brushing is applied during the same process if necessary.
Preparation stage
Cans are prepared for internal and external treatment by proper washing in order to get perfect cleanness.
Internal lacquering
Internal surface is coated by protecting lacquer which is adapted to the claim of filling material and circumstances of utilization (epoxy-phenol gold, epoxy-phenol pigmented or mycoflex).
Base coating
The external surface of the cans can be white coated, brushed or pearlised.
Printing
By special kind of offset printing, lithography of maximum 7 colours is possible.
External lacquering
Protective external finish can be executed by shiny, mat or mixed effect.
Necking process
Varieties of shoulder types (round, grooved, tapered, shaped) and rims (rolled or turned) by utilizing up to 30 stations result the final shape of the can body.
Packaging
Honeycomb units are modelled from the cans which are set on palettes (EUR, US or special US palettes), covered by transparent or black shrink-foil, made ready for safety transportation.
