The aluminium aerosol can has been one of the most popular packaging materials for cosmetics, pharmaceutical and household items for decades. In addition to its ability for recycling in 100%, this modern packaging material meets all relevant European Standards. The indisputable advantage of the aluminium aerosol can is that it is light and strong at the same time; it excludes the possiblity of corrosion and its packaging provides hermetical protection for the completed products. Besides its unique technical properties, the aluminium aerosol can ensures varied range of litographical printings as well as special shaping options for achieving best ornamental performance of the completed product.
Our modern production technology enables us to produce annually 85 million pieces aluminium aerosol can on five production lines. In the course of the production process, by cold extrusion from aluminium slugs of 99,5% purity, aluminium aerosol cans ready to be filled are produced, finally packed on pallets, covered by shrink or stretchfoil.
The pressure resistance of the aluminium aerosol can – depending on the customer’s request – can be 12, 15 or 18 Bar. With regard to the production of the rim, rolled or turned rims are available. The internal surface of the aluminium aerosol can can be coated with epoxy-phenol based lacquer (gold or pigmented) or with mycoflex lacquer. Best aesthetic performance is achieved with wide variety of base enamels (transparent, white, mother-of-pearl or coloured) and external lacquers (shiny, matt or silkmatt) as well as with top quality printing technology.

Our manufacturing lines are able to produce aluminium aerosol cans of the following diameters: 25mm, 35mm, 38mm, 41mm, 45mm, 50mm, 53mm, 58mm and 65mm. (The possible lengths for each diameter.)
